Overview
Sentinel 1 is an imaging radar mission conducted by the European Space Agency providing continuous all-weather, day-and-night imagery at C-band. The Sentinel-1 constellation provides high reliability, improved revisit time, geographical coverage and rapid data dissemination to support operational applications in the priority areas of marine monitoring, land monitoring and emergency services.
See the Sentinel-1 documentation on the ESA's site for more information about the mission and products.

Sentinel 1 Radiometrically Terrain Corrected (RTC)
Radiometrically terrain corrected SAR imagery derived from the Sentinel 1 Level 1 GRD product.

Sentinel 1 Level-1 Ground Range Detected (GRD)
Sentinel-1 Level-1 Ground Range Detected (GRD) products consist of focused SAR data that has been detected, multi-looked and projected to ground range using an Earth ellipsoid model.
